Waste Cloud started with skip hire and grew into a full waste brokerage. Today the group runs a family of specialist sites – skip hire, grab hire, muck away, concrete delivery, WEEE, hazardous waste, fuel, fridge, solar panel and vape recycling, wheelie bin hire, road sweeper hire – each one backed by the same team and the same network of licensed partners.
CarBatteryDisposal.com is the newest of those sites. It exists because batteries are one of the most common questions our hazardous waste team gets, and because the motor trade in particular deserves a straightforward, properly documented service that doesn’t depend on whoever happens to turn up with a van.
How the brokerage model works
We don’t own every lorry and we’re not pretending to. What we do is vet carriers and treatment sites – checking registrations, permits, insurance and track record – and then manage the whole job for you: quote, booking, paperwork, follow-up. You get local pricing and local response times with the accountability of a single national supplier.
Compliance
- Waste Cloud Ltd is a registered waste carrier, broker and dealer (SEPA WCR/R/3008642)
- Every partner used for battery collections is registered with the EA, SEPA or NRW
- All destination facilities hold the appropriate environmental permit for the battery chemistry they accept
- Consignment notes are issued for every hazardous waste movement
